PetTemp is operated by Pet Temp Products LLC.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Products damaged through use, scratched, chewed, or covered in pet fur are not eligible for a standard return. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, see below.
Free return shipping
We provide a free prepaid return shipping label for every eligible return.
To start a return, email support@pettempco.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide the label and instructions on where to send your package. Please use the return address provided with those instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@pettempco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. We will help arrange a refund or replacement. We may not require the defective item to be returned; if a return is needed, we will provide a free return label.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for a different item. Please request a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the item you want.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@pettempco.com with your order number to request cancellation.
Warranty
Warranty coverage and duration vary by product. Please refer to the information included with your product. Coverage for defects in materials or workmanship does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect. Contact support@pettempco.com with proof of purchase for warranty assistance.
