At PetTemp, we prioritize your pet's satisfaction. We accept returns for all products in new condition within 30 days of purchase. For items that arrive defective or incorrect, we will handle the return or exchange process at no cost to you.

 

How can I return or exchange a product?

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@pettempco.com with your order details. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your product. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and verified to be in new condition.

 

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes! PetTemp offers a limited manufacturer's warranty that guarantees your product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product, so check the details included with your purchase.

 

Shipping

 

What is your shipping policy?

We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and we offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the U.S. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.

 

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Use the provided link to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

 

Orders

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@pettempco.com within one hour of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders after they have been placed, but we’re happy to assist with reordering if needed.

 

What happens if my package says it was delivered, but I can’t find it?

First, check around your delivery area or ask neighbors if they’ve accepted it. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier to file a claim. For further assistance, reach out to our team at support@pettempco.com.

 

Product Usage

 

My pet won’t use the cooling/heating pad. What should I do?

Some pets need time to get accustomed to new items. Place a familiar toy or treat on the pad to encourage use. You can also try covering the pad with a soft fabric to make it more inviting.

 

How do I clean and store the PetTemp pad?

Clean the pad with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow it to dry completely before using or storing. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain its quality.

 

 

 

What if my product arrived damaged or missing items?

We’re sorry about that! Contact us at support@pettempco.com with your order number and details of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

 

Wholesale
 

Can I order wholesale from PetTemp?

Yes! To apply for our wholesale program, fill out the application form on our website.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax applies only to orders shipped within states where it is required by law.
